Application Procedure

Submit the completed application form to Residential Care Home for the Elderly

Residential Care Home for the Elderly arranges assessments for the applicant and his/her family

Residential Care Home for the Elderly informs applicant about the assessment result

Qualified and accepted applicant arranges medical examination by himself/herself

Residential Care Home for the Elderly arranges applicant to move in

* $2000 Assessment fee is non-refundable.
